Learn to Swim- Adult 2 

In Adult Level 2,  you improve on foundational skills to increase distance and improve technique in the front crawl and back stroke.
  • Rotary breathing
  • Refine flutter kick and front crawl arm stroke
  • Breast stroke
  • Swim technique drills

The goal for students in this is to be able to swim 25 yards with simultaneous arm and leg movement.

Prerequisites:  Be 14 or older and swim 5 yards with simultaneous arm and leg movement. Goggles are required.
Notes- Classes must have at least 4 students and may be combined based on student and staff availability.
